Often times, we can find ourselves in the business of being filled with “to-do”
lists; a laundry list of errands and looking at our daily agenda full of meetings,
calls and more. But have you taken a moment to breathe? Have you had a
moment to pray for direction and the course of your day?
We can become engulfed in the scheduling, before we’ve taken a second to say “thank you” to God for waking us to the breaking of a new day.
We’ve missed the most important part, and that’s to connect with the one who supplies
our every need – Our Heavenly Father.
If you have been on auto pilot and haven’t made time, I encourage you to begin
to give God thanks and express your gratitude.
THE SCRIPTURE
Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.
Psalm 106:1 New International Version
